On the occasion of the FESPA awards obtained for the limited edition folder New York, by Sergio García Sánchez, FESPA Club magazine interviews us with an emphasis on the materials and techniques used and the future of our Screen Printing Workshop.
Christian M. Walter, from Spain, has won the FESPA Gold Trophy in the artistic screen printing categories with this limited edition folder and also won the Best in Show Screen award.
“We try to adapt our technique to the artist, not the other way around (…) We are not mass producers, but we make things that people appreciate and love and want to keep for years to come, and we do it in the most sustainable way we can”.
FESPA is an international federation of 37 national associations in the screen, digital and textile printing industry and awards the FESPA awards annually, our Workshop has won the gold award in 2020 and 2016 the silver award in 2018 and 2002, and the bronze award in 2018 and 2017 in the artistic screen printing category; this year in addition our New York folder, by Sergio Garcia has won the Best in Show Screen award for best work in all categories.
